We held a wedding reception for over 150 people at this Banquet Hall(July 2018). I must say my experience from beginning to end was phenomenal.Deluxen was amazing to work with, very patient, understanding and co-operative.He offered and delivered the best.The hall is spacious and looks amazing with the renovations. The food and drinks was a hit, our guests enjoyed it all especially that pepper shrimp. At this hall you have lots of options for decor, our table setting looked beautiful. East Town Banquet Hall....I will highly recommend anyone to have Deluxen and his team host your event. Thank you for the excellent service and support you provided.
Did my birthday here and everyone enjoyed it! The new management went above and beyond to make sure the event was perfect. Food was also really good. Definitely would recommend it for any event.
We recently had a family function at Easttown Banquet Hall and I am very pleased with the new management team and service. The hall itself looks very clean and spacious after the renovation, definitely better than how it looked before! The management team was very easy to communicate with, and they organized the party so well that I barely had any extra work to do on my end.
Absolutely loved the venue! The people there are super friendly and provide such unbelievable service. Not to mention, the food was awesome!! Would definitely recommend East Town Banquet hall to others!
We just had our Christmas Party for 2017 here, its was perfect. We had about 120 people all were sitting perfectly. The bonus was more then enough dance floor. Great selection of drinks, and the Manager was able to get us all the different brands, from wine, to liquor. See you in 2018 for our next one.
The new Management was extremely accommodating, transparent and helpful. Everything went amazingly for our big day and he ensured any hiccups that may have occurred throughout the night was taken care of quickly and discreetly. The food was AMAZING. The decor was exactly as how we envisioned and more. Everything went perfectly and he was a huge part of it. Highly recommend anyone to book his hall as you won't be disappointed. I had a great experience here, my family and I wanted to have a surprise Sweet 16 for my sister, and the Banquet planner did an extraordinary job taking us through every step of insuring a successful banquet. This was the first time we were having an event at a Banquet, and the planner adequately supplied every piece of information we needed. Everything was laid out to us, and optioned, very simple and easy to understand. The planner ask us various questions to aid in his suggestions for plans, he was very experienced in his field. I had no idea of the level of professionalism it required to have a successful event, and with the help of the staff, we threw a Sweet 16 better than I ever could've imagined. The banquet itself holds many modern classy and celebratory decor, as well as a large amount of space. There was not a single area that looked unappealing, the entire space looked very presentable. Highly recommended venue, thank you to the owner and staff for a pleasurable experience!
The new management has been extremely helpful with making my engagement party to be a huge success. He was honest, transparent and very understanding. He was there whenever needed and made sure any hiccup was taken care of smoothly. The chefs made delicious meals. My fiancé and I had a very good experience.
We recently held our family party here and everything went really well. The new management was very accommodating and took us through every little step in order to have a successful event. The renovated banquet hall itself looks very modern and classy, and definitely way better than the old, dated version it was previously. My guests were impressed of how well-organized our event went and loved the food. I would recommend this banquet hall without a doubt. Really good service!
When a family member suggested this banquet hall, I was a little reluctant because of the interior decorations that I remembered years ago, but I still decided to go in and check out the place. It’s under new management and has been fully renovated. We had a birthday party here last week (August 2018) with more than 150 guests and everything was well organized; the food (lot of variety and tasty) and service (prompt and courteous) was excellent. A member of the management team was available throughout our event, and also helped out with some technical difficulties we had with the slideshow .Thank you everyone at East Town for helping us have a pleasant, enjoyable and a worry free evening. Keep up the good work. I will definitely be booking future events with you. Thanks, Dolly L
